If you are approved to use AutoTrader, we may process account identifiers, brokerage-connection status, account and position information, risk settings, order records, execution results, and reconciliation records made available through connected providers. We may also collect device, browser, log, and site-usage information needed to operate and secure the service.

We use information to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the site and approved services; communicate with you; review applications and access eligibility; provide support; apply account-specific settings; process and reconcile authorized activity; prevent abuse; maintain records; and comply with legal obligations.
Brokerage connections and service providers
Brokerage connections and account data may be handled through third-party connectivity, authentication, hosting, analytics, communication, and brokerage providers. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to information they process. Do not send brokerage passwords or other credentials through Discord or ordinary support messages.
How information may be disclosed
We may disclose information to vendors that help us provide the service; to a brokerage or connectivity provider when you request a connection or authorized action; when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, TOAD, or others; in connection with a business transaction; or with your direction or consent.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, audit, dispute-resolution, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system or transmission method is completely secure.

You may disconnect a brokerage through the available connection flow or ask support for help. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.
