You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Mentorship, AutoTrader, community, and brokerage access may require separate review and approval. Access is personal, limited, revocable, and may not be transferred or shared.
Education—not individualized advice
Content, commentary, trade discussions, alerts, models, examples, mentorship, and community materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not individualized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice and do not create a fiduciary relationship.
Your trading decisions
You are solely responsible for deciding whether any trade, strategy, risk setting, account connection, or service is appropriate for you. You are responsible for your brokerage approvals, account configuration, buying power, taxes, and compliance with laws and brokerage agreements that apply to you.
AutoTrader and connected brokerages
When enabled, AutoTrader submits orders independently to each eligible connected brokerage account. Account settings, buying power, broker capabilities, market conditions, rate limits, timing, and order sequencing may produce different quantities, delays, rejections, partial fills, fill prices, or no fill. TOAD does not control a brokerage, exchange, market, or third-party provider.
No guaranteed results
Past performance, testimonials, screenshots, simulations, benchmarks, and historical examples do not guarantee future results. No content or service promises profit, a particular return, execution, fill, price, timing, or availability.
Payments, renewals, and availability
Pricing, payment timing, refund terms, program duration, capacity, and included services will be disclosed before enrollment. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, access, or availability, including to protect users or maintain the service.
Community conduct
You may not misuse the site or community, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, scrape or redistribute private materials, harass others, or use TOAD content or systems for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
The TOAD name, brand assets, software, educational materials, models, videos, community content, and site design are owned by TOAD or its licensors. Approved access gives you a limited, personal, noncommercial right to use them; it does not transfer ownership or permit redistribution.
Third parties, disclaimers, and liability
Third-party services are governed by their own terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties, and TOAD is not liable for market losses, missed opportunities, brokerage actions, outages, third-party failures, or indirect or consequential damages.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the site and services evolve. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of that version. Questions may be submitted through a support ticket in the official TOAD Discord community.
